1. Use of the Platform

The Platform is provided exclusively to authorized users of Nordic Creatives and its clients. Access is granted on an invitation-only basis. You may not share your credentials or permit any third party to access the Platform on your behalf without prior written consent from Nordic Creatives.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@nordcreatives.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data — are owned by Nordic Creatives or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you upload to the Platform ("User Content") remains your property. By uploading User Content, you grant Nordic Creatives a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Platform's services to you.

4. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including, but not limited to, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Klaviyo. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Nordic Creatives is not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

When you connect third-party accounts to the Platform, you authorize Nordic Creatives to access and process data from those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nordic Creatives does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data generated by or displayed on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nordic Creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Nordic Creatives in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
